Bracewell Signs On as Charter Member of Law Firm Antiracism Alliance

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP is among the more than 125 law firms that are charter members of the newly formed Law Firm Antiracism Alliance (LFAA), which was profiled in the June 24 issue of The American Lawyer.

LFAA will create partnerships between law firm members and legal services organizations to help combat systemic racism and promote racial equality. According to its charter, LFAA aims to “leverage the resources of the private bar to amplify the voices of communities and individuals oppressed by racism, to better use the law as a vehicle for change that benefits communities of color and to promote racial equity in the law and in government institutions.”
