Bracewell Represents Sabalo Energy in Divestiture of Water Assets

HOUSTON — Bracewell LLP represented Sabalo Energy, LLC in its divestiture of produced water gathering and recycling infrastructure assets in the Midland Basin to H₂O Midstream LLC.

The assets consist of over 37 miles of pipeline; nine salt water disposal wells; four Ellenburger salt water disposal well permits; and several third-party interconnects.

Concurrently with the sale, the parties entered into a 15-year acreage dedication for the provision of produced water gathering, disposal and recycling services.
