Bracewell Represents Rockland Capital, LLC in Formation of Rockland Power Partners III, LP

NEW YORK – Bracewell LLP represented Rockland Capital, LLC (Rockland) in the formation of its private equity fund, Rockland Power Partners III, LP. The formation closed on April 17, 2018, with $454 million in commitments, exceeding the initial target size. The fund drew support from Rockland’s existing investor base, with 80 percent of the fund’s capital coming from prior investors.
