Bracewell Represents Rockland in Acquisition of Peaker Assets from AES Ohio Generation

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP is representing Rockland Capital, LLC (Rockland) in the acquisition of a portfolio of generating plants (Peaker Assets) by Rockland Power Partners III, LP from AES Ohio Generation, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of DPL, Inc. The Peaker Assets sale includes six generation facilities located in Ohio and Indiana with a combined generation capacity of 972.5 MW.
