Bracewell & Giuliani LLP is representing Kinder Morgan, Inc. in the sale of 63,000,000 shares of common stock offered by investment funds affiliated with Goldman, Sachs & Co., The Carlyle Group and Riverstone Holdings LLC. The stock is valued at approximately $2 billion.

Kinder Morgan nor the company’s management is selling shares of stock in the offering, and the company will not receive any of the proceeds from the offering.

Barclays Capital is the sole underwriter for the offering.
