Bracewell Represents Hidalgo County Regional Mobility Authority in $212 Million Financing for 365 Tollway Project

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP served as bond counsel and general counsel in a $212 million transaction for the 365 Tollway project for the Hidalgo County Regional Mobility Authority. The 365 Tollway is a $320 million project providing a critical public safety and economic investment along the Texas-Mexican border. The project connects the Anzalduas and Pharr International Bridges and provides access to the McAllen International Bridge.
