Bracewell Represents Financial Advisor to Conflicts Committee of Enviva Partners, LP in Acquisition of the Lucedale Wood Pellet Production Facility, Pascagoula Deep-Water Marine Terminal and Associated Contracts

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP represented Evercore, financial advisor to the Conflicts Committee of the Board of Directors of the general partner of Enviva Partners, LP (NYSE: EVA), regarding an agreement by EVA to purchase a wood pellet production plant in Lucedale, Mississippi, a deep-water marine terminal in Pascagoula, Mississippi, and three long-term, take-or-pay off-take contracts for cash consideration of approximately $259.6 million.

EVA is a publicly traded master limited partnership that aggregates a natural resource, wood fiber, and processes it into a transportable form, wood pellets.
