HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP represented Evercore, financial advisor to the Conflicts Committee of the Board of Directors of the general partner of CNX Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: CNXM) (“CNXM”), regarding CNXM’s entry into a definitive agreement pursuant to which CNX Resources Corporation (NYSE: CNX) will sell its 95 percent interest in the Shirley-Pennsboro gathering system to CNXM for total cash consideration of $265 million.
