Bracewell Represents ConocoPhillips in $2 Billion Notes Offering

HOUSTON — Bracewell & Giuliani LLP represented ConocoPhillips and ConocoPhillips Company in a public offering by ConocoPhillips Company of $2 billion of senior notes, consisting of $1 billion of 1.05% notes due in 2017 and $1 billion of 2.40% notes due in 2022.
