Bracewell Represents Concho Resources Subsidiary in Water Assets Sale to WaterBridge Resources
HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP represented COG Operating LLC, a subsidiary of Concho Resources Inc., in the sale of produced water assets in the southern Delaware Basin to WaterBridge Resources LLC.
The acquired assets include three disposal wells with 45,000 bpd of permitted capacity and approximately 44 miles of pipeline.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2004, COG Operating acquires, develops, explores and produces oil and natural gas, as well operating oil and gas properties in the New Mexico Shelf, the Delaware Basin and the Midland Basin.
