Bracewell Represents Apache Corporation in Midcon Asset Sales

HOUSTON — Bracewell LLP represented Apache Corporation in $612 million in asset sales in the Western Anadarko Basin and SCOOP/STACK play. The assets were sold in two separate transactions, with a portion of the proceeds from the sales used to retire $150 million of bonds that matured early July 2019.
