Bracewell Represented Tallgrass Energy Partners, LP Conflicts Committee in Acquisition of Tallgrass Terminals, LLC and the Operator of Rockies Express Pipeline

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP represented the Conflicts Committee of the general partner of Tallgrass Energy Partners, LP (NYSE: TEP) in its acquisition of Tallgrass Terminals, LLC and Tallgrass NatGas Operator, LLC from Tallgrass Development, LP for cash consideration of $140 million.

Tallgrass Terminals, LLC has existing crude oil storage operations and projects under development. Tallgrass NatGas Operator, LLC is the operator of Rockies Express Pipeline.
