HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP represented Rockland Capital in connection with Rockland Power Partners III, LP’s and Rockland Power Partners II, LP’s acquisition of the Lee Energy Facility from Dynegy Inc. for approximately $180 million. The facility, a 625 MW gas-fueled peaking asset, is located in Dixon, Illinois and serves the PJM ComEd electricity market.
The transaction closed on October 12, 2017, with the required approvals from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
