Bracewell Represented Kinder Morgan in $2 Billion Offering of Notes

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP represented Kinder Morgan, Inc. (KMI) in connection with the offering of $2 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior notes consisting of (1) $1.25 billion in aggregate principal amount of KMI’s 4.300% Senior Notes due 2028 and (2) $750 million in aggregate principal amount of KMI’s 5.200% Senior Notes due 2048.

Kinder Morgan issued the notes under its shelf registration statement filed in October 2015.

The book-running managers were Mizuho Securities, MUFG and SMBC Nikko.
