Bracewell ranked as follows:
- #10 in the bond counsel category, with proceeds of $4,584.4 million;
- #9 in the underwriter counsel category, with proceeds of $4,332.5 million;
- #9 in the bond counsel negotiated offerings category, with proceeds of $3,762.3 million; and
- #9 in the underwriter counsel long & short term counsel category, with proceeds of $4,332.5 million.
