Bracewell Advises Noble Energy in $608 Million Asset Sale to SRC Energy

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP is advising Noble Energy, Inc. in its sale of 30,200 net acres in the DJ Basin in Weld County, Colorado to SRC Energy Inc. for $608 million. Approximately 4,100 barrels of oil equivalent per day are included in the sale.

The transaction is expected to close on two separate dates, with acreage and non-operated production included in the initial closing by the end of 2017, followed by a second closing for operated producing properties by mid-2018.
