Bracewell’s Project Finance Transactions Recognized in 2015 Year-End League Table Rankings

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP ranked in the top 15 in InfraDeals’ project finance league tables for the year 2015. The firm placed #6 in the North America Brownfield and M&A Legal Advisory by Value category for its 2015 transactions, valued $3.1 billion. Bracewell ranked #9 in the North America Brownfield and M&A Legal Advisory by Deal Count.

Additionally, Bracewell ranked #15 in USA Renewables: Financial and Legal Advisory by Value for working on transactions valued at $465 million, and #13 in USA Renewables: Financial and Legal Advisory by Deal Counts.

Bracewell’s work representing Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) was named one of InfraDeals’ USA: Top Deals for 2015. Bracewell counseled GIP in a strategic joint venture with Hess Corporation (Hess), where it acquired 50% interest in Hess Infrastructure Partners (Hess Infrastructure), valued at $2.6 billion.
