Apache GC Lannie, Bracewell’s Rafte Put Together Complex M&A

Apache’s creation of Altus Midstream with special purpose acquisition company Kayne Anderson Acquisition Corp. was named a finalist for the M&A Deal of the Year Award at the 2019 Houston Corporate Counsel Awards presented by the Houston Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and The Texas Lawbook.
