About Katherine

Katherine Erbeznik focuses on U.S. tax matters affecting private equity, including both fund formation and transactional matters. Katherine also has significant experience with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, debt investments and real estate transactions. She also advises upstream and midstream oil and gas clients, including publicly traded partnerships, on acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures.

Global Infrastructure Partners — preferred equity investment of up to $200 million in Dos Rios Crude Intermediate LLC, a subsidiary of Noble Midstream Partners LP formed to hold Noble Midstream’s 30% equity interest in the EPIC Crude Pipeline, which is being designed with an initial capacity of 590 MBbl/d from the Permian Basin and Eagle Ford to the Gulf Coast
