KBR, Halliburton Cleared of Vets’ Burn Pit, Water Claims

KBR and Halliburton aren’t liable to Iraq and Afghanistan war veterans for injuries allegedly caused by exposure to smoke from open air burn pits and drinking impure water, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit affirmed June 20.
