Houston Finance Associate Christina Katsampes Selected to Participate in Accelerate Program at University of Texas School of Law

HOUSTON  – Bracewell LLP has nominated Christina A. Katsampes, a finance associate in the firm’s Houston office, to participate in the 2018 Accelerate: First-Year Associates program at the University of Texas School of Law’s Center for Women in Law. The program helps improve the experience of young women lawyers through programming that explores how to successfully make the transition from law school to law practice.

“Accelerate provides an amazing support system, including regular check-ins and individualized advice throughout the year,” Katsampes said. “The full-day workshop in January taught us about some of the issues women and first-year associates face at the start of their law careers and how to effectively deal with them.”

Katsampes is a 2017 graduate of the University of Virginia Law School and holds a B.A. from Rice University.
