Bracewell Represents Phillips 66 in $1.5 Billion Senior Notes Offering

HOUSTON –  Bracewell LLP represented Phillips 66 in its recent public offering of $1.5 billion of senior notes, which included $500 million of floating rate senior notes due 2021, $800 million of 3.900% senior notes due 2028 and $200 million of 4.875% senior notes due 2044.
