Bracewell Represents Harvest Midstream Company in $1.125 Billion Asset Acquisition From Williams Partners L.P.

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP represented Harvest Midstream Company, an affiliate of Hilcorp Energy Company, in its entry into a definitive agreement to acquire assets in the Four Corners area from Williams Partners L.P. The assets include over 3,700 miles of pipeline, two gas processing plants and a carbon dioxide treating facility. The closing of the transaction remains subject to certain required regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
