Bracewell Represented Kinder Morgan in $1.25 Billion Offering of Notes

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP represented Kinder Morgan, Inc. in connection with the offering of $1.25 billion in senior notes due 2023.  Kinder Morgan issued the notes under its shelf registration statement filed in October 2015.

The book-running managers were J.P. Morgan, Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch, Mizuho Securities, MUFG, SMBC Nikko and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.
