Bracewell & Giuliani Welcomes Jeffrey B. Andrews as New Partner in Technology Group

HOUSTON – Bracewell & Giuliani LLP announced that Jeffrey B. Andrews has joined the firm as a partner in the technology practice in Houston. Andrews’ practice focuses on the highly specialized fields of outsourcing, sourcing and technology transactions, and his clients span a wide range of industries, including energy, financial services, consumer products, retail, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, commercial aviation, and telecommunications.

Andrews is best known for structuring and negotiating complex domestic and international information technology and business process outsourcing agreements. He has assisted clients in outsourcing all major business functions and operations and  has negotiated opposite every major multinational and Indian outsourcing service provider.  Andrews also has experience in structuring and negotiating sourcing and technology transactions, having represented both buyers and providers of goods and services in hundreds of transactions.

Andrews is ranked by Chambers USA and Chambers Global, recognized in The Legal 500 US, and included in The Best Lawyers in America®, as a leading outsourcing and technology attorney.

Previously with Thompson & Knight, Andrews is admitted to practice in Texas. He received his undergraduate degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, and earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin. He was also formerly an Associate General Counsel at Electronic Data Systems, a pioneering multinational information technology services company.
