Bracewell Acts for Eni on its Sale of 10% of Egypt’s Super-Giant Zohr Gas Field to BP

LONDON – Bracewell acted for Eni on its agreement to sell a 10% participating interest, together with an option for a further 5%, in the Shorouk Concession, offshore Egypt, where the super-giant Zohr gas field is located, to BP. The transaction, which signed on 25 November, 2016, has a base purchase price of USD $375 million.
