Bracewell Acts for Apache Corporation on its Potential Transfer of Major UK North Sea Midstream Infrastructure to Ancala Partners

LONDON – Bracewell acted for Apache Corporation on its agreement to potentially transfer all of its operated participating interest in the Scottish Area Gas Evacuation (SAGE) System to Ancala Partners. The SAGE system is comprised of the 323 kilometre SAGE pipeline and the SAGE Gas Processing Terminal, located north of Aberdeen, Scotland. The transaction also includes all of Apache’s operated participating interest in the interconnecting Beryl Pipeline.
