Swift to Present "Texas Title V and Permits Rule" at Monthly Environmental Essentials for In-House Counsel Webinar Series

On May 29, 2020, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) announced programmatic changes to the Texas Title V operating permits program relating to how Texas Title V permits incorporate Permit by Rule (PBR) preconstruction authorizations. Bracewell partner Whit Swift hosted a special edition of the Environmental Essentials webinar series where he discussed the federal impetus behind the changes to the Texas Title V program, the new obligations that Texas Title V permit holders will face, and the schedule by which the changes will be implemented.
