Perlman to Speak at June EEI CDC Meeting

Partner David Perlman spoke on the topic of standardized storage agreements at the upcoming EEI Contract Drafting Committee Meeting.

The meeting was held on June 21st at the New York office of Jones Day and included a number of presentations relating to EEI agreements.
