Liz McGinley and George Fatula spoke on “Commercial and Legal Considerations for Contractual Arrangements for CCUS Projects” during the CCS/ Decarbonization Project development, Finance & Investment Summit. McGinley and Fatula’s presentation focused on the roles and objectives of commercial arrangement participants, structures of commercial agreements, material issues, and managing development, industry, compliance and other risks and liabilities.
