Lonczak and Lorch Presented at TEI Houston Tax School

Steven Lorch and Don Lonczak spoke on “Spin-offs and Corporate Separations” during the Mergers and Acquisition portion of the five day TEI Houston Tax School event. The full-day sessions addressed various topics common to mergers and acquisitions, as well as recent relevant developments related to tax law changes and business environment changes.
