Ewing Spoke on Environmental Disclosure at American Gas Association Forum

On July 11, Kevin Ewing spoke at the American Gas Association’s Annual Legal Forum. Kevin presented on SEC Environmental Disclosure, particularly how materiality and uncertainty are being viewed in relation to climate/environmental disclosure by activist shareholder groups, disclosure-focused NGOs and the SEC. 

The AGA Legal Forum is an intensive two-day conference attended by gas industry general counsel and senior attorneys.
