Collins to Speak at RMMLF Special Institute

On February 28, 2019, Kevin Collins spoke on Agency Enforcement and Investigations at the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation (RMMLF) Special Institute on Natural Resources Development and the Administrative State:  Navigating Federal Agency Regulation and Litigation. The three-day institute was in Denver, Colorado.  The institute covered fundamental and advanced administrative-law concepts that affect the oil and gas, mining, energy, and natural resources development industries.
