Collins and Swift to Speak on RMP

Kevin Collins and Whit Swift presented “RMP: The Reconsideration” at the Air & Waste Management Association’s Central Texas Chapter. They discussed how EPA has proposed to change the Risk Management Plan (RMP) rule and the potential implications for the regulated community, as well as the status of court cases challenging both the Obama administration’s 2017 RMP amendments and the more-recent Trump administration rule that delayed the effective date of those amendments.
