Four Bracewell & Giuliani Partners Named 2013 Texas IP Stars

HOUSTON — Four Bracewell & Giuliani LLP partners have been named Texas IP Stars by Managing Intellectual Property. Houston-based IP Partners John Barr, Albert Kimball, Constance Rhebergen, and Jeffrey Whittle were included on the 2013 list.

Barr was recommended for the Patent Contentious category; Kimball for Patent Prosecution, Patent Contentious, Trademark Prosecution, Trademark Contentious, and Counseling; Rhebergen for Patent Prosecution, Patent Contentious, Trademark Prosecution, and Licensing; and Whittle for Patent Prosecution, Patent Contentious, Trademark Prosecution, Licensing, and Counseling.

Rankings are based on research among IP practitioners carried out over six months starting in September 2012. A team of researchers sought responses from thousands of practitioners by phone, fax and email and in face-to-face meetings.
