BTI Names 2013 Client Service All-Stars

HOUSTON — Bracewell Partner John G. Klauberg has been named to BTI’s list of 2013 Client Service All-Stars. Based on feedback from corporate counsel, the list honors attorneys for exceptional client focus, understanding of their clients’ business, outsized value, legal skills, and outstanding results.

Klauberg advises energy clients on the structuring and implementation of transactions in the electric power and gas sector. He has experience in transactions involving both regulated utilities and unregulated companies in the electric and gas markets, including acquisitions and dispositions of large scale energy assets, such as power facilities (of all fuel types) and transmission lines (or interests therein) and a host of joint ventures in the power and gas space involving a variety of energy assets and contracts.
