Bracewell Trademark Attorneys Recognized by World Trademark Review

HOUSTON — Bracewell & Giuliani’s trademark practice has been recognized by World Trademark Review 1000: The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals 2013. The firm’s trademark group was ranked in the Bronze category in Texas, while Austin-based Partner Ed Cavazos was ranked as an individual in the Bronze category. Meanwhile, Seattle-based Partner Erin Hennessy was recognized in the Washington rankings.

Bracewell’s Texas trademark practice was ranked by the WTR 1000 in part because of its “litigation prowess,” with Cavazos being regarded as “industrious and determined.” Hennessy, meanwhile, is lauded for her “practical, cost-effective, and highly knowledgeable” approach.

To assess the trademark market, World Trademark Review conducted telephone interviews and exchanged correspondence over a four-month period with hundreds of lawyers, attorneys and their clients involved with trademarks. Individuals qualify for inclusion in the WTR 1000 upon receiving sufficient positive feedback from market sources with knowledge of their practice and the market within which they operate.
