HOUSTON — For the second consecutive year, Bracewell & Giuliani LLP’s energy practice has been named one of five Energy Groups of the Year by Law360. Winners were selected based on a number of factors, including significance of litigation wins or deals worked on; size and complexity of litigation wins or deals worked on; and number of significant, large or complex deals the group worked on or lawsuits won.
Bracewell was selected by Law360 in part for its depth and wide-ranging representation, including transactional, regulatory and litigation. The practice was also recognized for its representation of high-profile clients such as Kinder Morgan, ConocoPhillips, and Apache Corporation.
“To once again be named among the top energy practices in the U.S. speaks to the depth and reputation of the members of our team in the energy business,” said G. Alan Rafte, co-head of the firm’s business and regulatory practice. “The representation of energy companies in transactional, regulatory and litigation matters is our leading business. Being recognized as an Energy Group of the Year is testament to our dedication to all aspects of the energy sector.”
