Bloomberg Ranks Bracewell in Top Ten U.S. Equity Capital Markets Practices for Third Quarter

HOUSTON — Bracewell & Giuliani LLP ranked seventh in the U.S. for the value of equity capital markets deals in which the firm represented issuers during the first three quarters of 2012, according to Bloomberg.
